Randstad is looking for an administrative assistant to work in the human resources department at a Fortune 500 company located in Atlanta, GA. This is a part-time, about 20 hours per week, temporary opportunity for someone that can handle a fast-paced and detail oriented work environment. You will work with files, hiring documents and information so a human resources background is a plus.
You will handle garnishments, faxes, some filing and some manual transactions in addition to a variety of administrative tasks . You will make some decisions based on parameters, must be accurate, and able to follow instructions. You may also handle data entry transactions and all departmental mail.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
You must have excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, flexible, and motivated.
