Call Center Customer Service Rep
Are you a problem solver who enjoys speaking with people? Are you tech savvy? This is the job for you. We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Call Center Representative for a local computer repair and assistance Company. This position is looking to hire ASAP so apply if you're interested to begin soon.
This position has a few different schedule opportunities and has flexibility with scheduling. Training will be first shift and will go to the alternative schedule once training completes (2weeks).
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
1 year experience in a Customer Service Call Center
High School Diploma or GED
