Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for meeting facilitation: initiating and coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, setting up conference calls, preparing agendas as well as distributing those materials. Some other duties will consist of answering, and appropriately routing and responding to telephone inquiries, along with project organization, planning, organizing and coordinating multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing changing workloads and maintaining a high level of team performance under pressure.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent required
*Three to five years of experience
*Associate???s degree or Administrative Certifications a plus (IAAP, CAP, etc.)
*Project Management Certification a bonus
*Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Skilled in Adobe products, Quickstart, FileMakerPro, Access, MS Live Meeting & WebEx as required
