Inbound Customer Service Representative
- Inbound Call Center for misdirected calls.
- Use scripted response to assist insured, claimants, agents, providers & State Farm employees.
- Provide contact information for the claims adjuster/and or team that's handling the Auto/Home/Boat/Commercial Claim.
- Identify customers concerns to transfer calls to the appropriate party.
- Send detailed phone messages to the Adjuster if unavailable.
- Must stay within scope of State Farm CSCT training and call flow.
- Provide "Remarkable" Customer Service Experience
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
