Bilingual Customer Service

Start date: 1/14/19
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2:30pm - 12:00am
Address: Charlotte, NC 28262
Pay: $13 -$14/hr, DOE
Duration: 3 months, temp to perm

Responsibilities:
- Answers high-volume inbound calls and responds to customer inquiries regarding existing credit card claim
- Uses a variety of sources for information, including online systems and tools/models
- May perform general account handling functions such rebilling transactions and sending appropriate correspondences
- Documents research findings and actions on cases for possible referrals for Suspicious Activity, Identity Theft Operations (ITO), and Suspected Financial Abuse
- May contact customers and/or vendors to validate transactions
- Take on special tasks when required by leadership

Working hours: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
- Comfortable handling escalated customer inquiries
- Ability to multitask

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
- Call Center experience
- Experience handling high call volumes
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
