Administrative Assistant Intermediate level
Randstad is looking for an Excel expert with an administrative background for a Temp to Perm opportunity with a client in Fort Lauderdale. Duties of this position will be combine data from multiple worksheets, import data into Excel from CSV, text or another data source.
Create orders through excel templates, and other data related tasks.
Process inbound database files; import, manipulate, clean, and export client data.
Analyze data and report content to project management team members.
Update data using third-party resources, including list enhancement tools.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Great verbal and written communication skills are required as this will involve some customer interaction.
- Advanced Excel skills including V-lookup, pivot table, macros, and strong Excel creative experience.
- Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail - Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed
- Ability to work in a team and corporate environment
*Proficiency in Microsoft office suite especially Excel is a must
*Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
