Administrative Assistant Entry level

We are looking for a candidate to work for perform routine office duties for a local company.
For this position you will be working in a fast paced environment requiring you to multitask.
You will be assisting with general office duties and must be able to answer multiphone lines.
Will be utilizing Microsoft Office programs as well as Quickbooks.

Position Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Phone/ Reception.
- Provide customer service over the phone and in person.
- Copying, Laminating and distributing.
- Answering emails

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1 years of administrative experience.
High school or GED.
Highly organized, detail orientated and capable of multi-tasking.
Work ethic and the ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal staff.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
Experienced with Quickbooks.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests.
Maybe subjected to drug screen and/or background check.

Previous experience as an office admin.
