If you have previous experience in the banking industry and are looking for a great role in customer service this may be the positon for you!
In this role you will be:
-participating in customer service activities in a call center environment
-escalate issues to proper parties and resolve issues if need be
-follow up on service requests
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills that would best serve this role:
-experience in the banking/ATM fields
-strong typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
-great communication skills
1-3 years in a customer service role is required and previous call center experience is prefered.
