Administrative Assistant

Are you a detail oriented, organized, team player currently in the market for new job opportunities? We are currently looking for great candidates in Delaware and Chester Counties who are looking for full time and part time administrative opportunities!

Responsibilities:
- Handling all scheduling for office and executives
- Ordering and managing supplies
- Maintaining excel spreadsheets and creating new documents for team use
- preparing and filing documents
- Answering multiple phone lines and greeting guests as they arrive

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
To excel in this role candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Programs - A MUST!

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
2+ years experience in an administrative role assisting a busy team is REQUIRED!

Experience utilizing Salesforce Software is a plus!
