Our client located in Tempe is looking for 2 people who are efficient in excel. This role will fulfill the day-to-day requirements of managed services for a number of customers at all stages of their lifecycle. Most of your work will be responding to reviews and managing that process for your designated customers.
-Act as the voice of their customers for their clients
-Respond to social media and review alerts by responding to reviews
-Responsible for and liaise with internal teams in connections with deliverables to their customers
-Assist in understanding customer initiatives
-Strong written skills
-Consistently complete assignments accurately and on time
-Ability to work under pressure
-BA or BS degree preferred
-0-2 years experience in Enterprise account management
-Experience with working directly with clients
