A leading American-based technology company developing Software as a service solutions for clinical trials Medidata's customers include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies, academic and government institutions, CROs-and other life sciences organizations around the world that develop and bring medical therapies and products to market
Successful candidate will join a small team focused on managing the company???s corporate-level and enterprise-wide community/volunteer programs. This role will focus on all things that pertain to our employee???s community outreach experience. Candidate should have experience working internationally with non-profit organizations. Event planning experience needed.
-Community Outreach & Charitable Giving??Execute global community outreach strategy??
-Build relationships with partner organizations and coordinate a range of activities for employeesManage the CSR Councils and help coordinate local events with designated CSR SME??
-Provide helpful tools and resources to local offices to facilitate events??Coordinate blood drives with the Red Cross??Work with the Wellness SME in each office to launch a global cost effective wellness program??Work with our BRGs to facilitate all events that pertain to an organization (community outreach initiative)??
-Facilitate the global t-shirt role out to all employees??Organize catering and invoices for all community outreach events across the globe??Handle all transactions and invoices for charitable donations including philanthropic giving, matching gifts, and sponsorship requests??
-Be the point person and coordinate all events associated with the All Star Code program including mentor program, speakers, field trips, etc??
-Set up team building events upon request to ensure that groups are utilizing our relationships and supporting our overarching goals??Managing employee giving/benefit programs (e.g., Matching Gift Program)??Leading enterprise-wide and locally-based volunteer projects/campaigns??
-Helping track/manage corporate charitable donations
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-Communication -Provides support in communicating the corporate image through internal communications and social media-Manage the internal communication page on Medex-Assists with the development and execution of tactical PR plans
-Update the internal CSR communication tool to showcase all of Medidata's events-Work with the digitization team to create a portal that can act as an impact reporting tool, track event sign ups, and host matching gifts
-Provide quarterly updates on the status of employee events and the impact YTD-
-Helping build overall company brand awareness-Plan awareness campaigns and internal communication around CSR events-
-Assist in gathering data for the annual GRI and CDP report-Be the point person for all internal employees inquiries around the CSR program-
-Capture employee feedback on events and focus groups as needed
2 to 3 years of experience in event Management
Experience in running CSR programs preferred.Work hours: general Hours- 40 hour week
