Administrative Assistant - Part Time

A non-profit requires a part time administrative assistant three days a week to keep them organized over the next six months. The ideal candidate must be great at staying organized digitally at a shared workspace in Brooklyn and familiar with the software listed below. Must be able to start January 7th!

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be expected to assist with bookkeeping, maintaining social media accounts, editing, filing, and any adhoc updates.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Mail Merge with Microsoft Office suite
--QuickBooks online
--Social Media
--Word Press
--Adobe Suite

Education:
Associate

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Experience with the software listed above.
Demonstrated organizational skills
At least one year Administrative Assistant experience
