Do you enjoy working with over -the-counter or walk-in customers? If so, we are looking for you. We're hiring a Front Desk Office Support Clerk to join the team of a small company in the Memphis and Cordova areas.
In this casual environment you will greet visitors, customers, and other visitors over the phone and at the front desk while providing administrative support to the business owners. The ideal candidate for this job opportunity is organized, customer friendly, resourceful, and a good problem solver.

Responsibilities:
As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for general clerical functions including correspondence, mail distribution, supply ordering and filing. You will help maintain complex schedules, prepare reports, prepare presentations, and prepare for meetings. You will also maintain office equipment and supplies. You must have proficiency in operating Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint which will be critical to the success of this role.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
--Scheduling and meeting planning, including creating agendas and presentations
--Answering telephones, direct incoming calls and take messages
--Professional verbal and written communication meeting highest level of customer service
--Prepare, maintain and manage interview schedules and correspondence
--Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
--Maintain Outlook calendars in current accurate status
--Prepare meeting materials and assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations
--Be detailed and organized and able to multitask
--Maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
-(Associates required)
-Previous administrative experience supporting a small to mid-size company is required
-Must prove proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel by taking assessments
-Effective at planning, organization, and time management with a positive and professional demeanor
-Ability to work independently
-Confidence working with all levels of internal and external contacts
