Desktop Support Specialist
Provide end-users technical support of networked devices, printers, desktops, and peripheral devices.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company???s desktop environment
Collaborate with existing vendors to evaluate the new technology that is available and make recommendations to management on using that technology
Consult with IT support and design departments to make sure that network expansion projects are in line with the company???s plans
Monitor the performance of the company???s desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency
Evaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications to see if they will solve desktop issues
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Individual will provide deployment, software installation, testing of network connections. Troubleshooting of applications, desktop operating systems, printers and peripherals. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
generally hold a Bachelors Degree in healthcare, computer science or other related field and commonly have 0-3 years- experience. Demonstrated ability in desktop and systems design
Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment.
