Sales Desk Order Representative

Our client who is a luxury appliance distributor is looking for a Sales Order Desk Representative who will primarily be responsible for managing the orders placed by our accounts and executing a seamless process of shipping and invoicing on a daily basis. Orders must be verified for accuracy, so this position requires great attention to detail, excellent customer service and great written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with a variety of different departments, ranging from our outside sales staff, executive staff and our individual accounts to meet monthly sales goals. Must be able to communicate effectively, work well as a team player as well as work independently

Responsibilities:
Managing Dealer orders via online ordering system
Assisting Dealer calls and emails with questions of product and product availability
Assisting consumer calls with questions regarding product, and directing to Dealers and Servicers in their area
Following necessary Retail Order Desk procedures when processing orders
Printing pick tickets and billing orders

Working closely with warehouse department to verify will call or ship dates according to Dealer???s request

Following each order through to delivery

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in account management or customer service
--Experience with Salesforce, Powerlink XA, AS400 or VAI system is a plus but not required
--Detail Oriented
--Excellent written & verbal communication skills
--Excellent organizational skills
--Able to learn & adapt quickly
--Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
--Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience

High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Checking inventory/customer and Dealer backorders, communicating status to Dealers, and researching orders, as needed.
Fielding over flow calls and directing them to the appropriate department
Running reports using Microsoft Excel for Dealers and Territory Managers
Answering all office and sales staff technical questions related to products/accessories

??? Assisting other departments and company colleagues with projects as needed.
