Help Desk Associate Technical Support

Start the New Year off in a New Career!! Do you thrive in a professional fast-paced work environment? Do you enjoy talking on the phone? Randstad is looking for Help Desk Associates to fill positions in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center in Winder, GA.

Come join our team at this beautiful distribution center that ships name brand clothing throughout the country! This is a temp-to-perm position. Pay rate range is $13.55/hr - $16/hr. Flexible schedule between 8 AM - 12:30 AM Monday - Saturday and Sundays 9 AM - 9:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
The Associate, Technical Support position is responsible for fielding calls from all 1500+ retail stores via telephone and self-service work orders to troubleshoot POS, Kiosk, networking, and phones, and mobile devices. This associate should have superior customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position also provides support and Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) to stores via inbound and outbound calls regarding procedural questions.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:30 AM

Skills:
-You should have a solid understanding of IT networking, hardware, and software in a business environment.
-Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge-like how software and hardware works.
-Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
-Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Probes all fruitful sources for answers. Able to utilize that learning opportunity and share it with others
-Experience in field supporting inbound customer requests over the phone. (Password resets, account troubleshooting, Point of Sale troubleshooting, network troubleshooting)
-Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including nights and weekends.
-Technology oriented with the ability to become proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
-Working computer proficiency in Google Business products

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
-Previous experience utilizing ticketing system (Zendesk a plus)
-A+ Certification
-1 plus years of POS help desk experience
-Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent work experience(Currently enrolled students welcome to apply)
