Our client in Ipswich, Ma is looking for a customer service representative in their office in Ipswich.
Answer incoming parts call.
Provide quotes as requested and confirm order status and delivery.
Process purchase orders sent to Austria and confirm the delivery times by informing customers of the approximate delivery time and date.
Invoice all direct shipments from Austria and inform customers of approximate delivery.
Process all paperwork and invoice customer.
Receive the weekly consolidated shipment from Austria.
Open all packages, identify and label all parts.
Pull all customer orders with the parts.
Process daily invoices.
File invoices and order any parts that are on back order.
Send invoices to customer either by e-mail or USPS.
Place weekly stock parts orders with Austria.
Print purchase advice report and check inventory levels to ensure levels are kept accurate.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
