Construction Administrative Assistant (Executive)

Our client located in Ormond Beach, FL is looking for an experienced Construction Administrative Assistant to join their team. Our client is one of Florida's leading commercial, residential and remodeling contractors. For over twenty years, they have been providing exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, superior quality and exceptional value to some of the areas most elite clients.

Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Managing schedules
Emails
Handling expenses
Coordinating schedules for project management teams
Processing paperwork for licensing and permitting
Monitoring contracts
Preparing progress reports
Coordinating schedules
Processing invoices

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficient computer skills
Multi-tasker
Strong time management
Able to work within deadlines for project completion
Strong customer service background

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience working in a construction administrative environment
