Randstad is currently hiring for a massive technology corporation in Round Rock, TX! This 13 week readiness program is intended to equip the right candidates to fulfill. The selling of Servers, Storage, Networking & Extended Technologies. Provides technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process. Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity. Advises customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services and availability.
Provides direction and guidance/mentor to less experienced team members and coaches others in closing complex deals If account/acquisition focused individual responsible for average to high revenue spend in business and/or account complexity within assigned business Strong understanding of products and services Accomplished level specialized sales representative, influencing how others engage and interact across the segment Strong understanding of subject matter Organizes internal/external resources in response to, and in anticipation of customer needs Maintains relationships at leadership and departmental levels to lead to new business opportunities Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative technology solutions Understands and leverages solutions and can explain how solutions will benefit the overall business Effectively balances demands from multiple stakeholders Proactively identifies and manages opportunities in CRM to drive and deliver solutions and customer experience Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs Effectively balances short term and long term priorities Trusted advisor to the account team(s) in providing clear understanding and awareness of the benefit of new products and services offered
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Demonstrates sales capability by building strategic selling skills, executing business plans to enhance customer and company success, and consistently achieving strong attainment
Intermediate understanding of a number of different industries and how businesses operate
Ability to engage customers via phone to expand new customer buying relationships and service existing customers.
History of learning and collaborating within a fast paced environment.
Efficient computer skills with Sales Force and common business applications.
Effective communicator to various types and levels of customers
2+ Years Computer Technology experience a plus
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
College Degree preferred
Computer Hardware Knowledge a plus
Aptitude to learn ?? looking for someone who wants to grow and be stretched in a role.
Stable work history (decent tenure in resume. Will be looking to see if there is job hopping)
Strong communication skills / communicator both written and verbal.
Motivated to be in technology sales.
This company is looking for permanent members to add to their team! Expect about a 6-9 month period to roll over into a permanent role. Workers may apply for internal jobs with this company after 90 days working with Randstad. Bonuses become available upon going perm.
