Call Center Representative Inbound

To develop knowledge of retirement plan products and services, the overall financial markets, and the related legal, tax, and regulatory issues in order to respond accurately and thoroughly to client inquires.

Responsibilities:
Develops basic knowledge of our client??s funds, products and services, and the overall financial services industry through classroom training, on the job training, and self study.
Provides high quality client service across the department by responding to phone inquiries and providing account and plan information from various information systems.
Provides fund and investment performance information to clients by phone. This is a call center environment.
Responds to inquires pertaining to certain legal, regulatory, and tax-related issues through verbal and written communication.
Identifies problems and needs of clients with urgency, professionalism, and efficiency; determines alternative solutions; resolves the problem using current workflow procedures.
Initiates transactions for clients including loans and withdrawals.
Works with various areas of the division to enhance overall quality and workflow efficiencies.
Provides industry knowledge to fund performance and retirement investing.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Working knowledge of computer and related software applications.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a highly visible, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training preferred.
Minimum one year general experience. Prior customer service experience, preferably in financial services is preferred.
Ability to relate, empathize and quickly build rapport with participants.
Effective listening and providing skills to identify cures, understands needs and provides relevant solutions.
Interest in the financial services industry and a desire to help clients reach their financial goals through the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
