Randstad Lithia Springs currently has an opening for an Admin Assistant in the Fulton Industrial area. This is a temp to hire opportunity. The pay rate is based on experience. Only candidates with prior Assistant experience will be considered for this role.
The EA will be supporting the CEO of the company. They will be responsible for handling correspondence, scheduling, expenses client interaction, creating presentation and charts. The EA will need to be VERY proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint). Other admin functions include answering phones, filing and general admin duties.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills with Excel are very necessary (creating and merging charts, creating pivot tables, creating interactive charts etc).
Candidates will need to take an assessment in order to interview with the client.
No Degree Required
Previous experience supporting "C level Executives" is required. (Minimum 2 years)
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to type 50 words a minute.
