Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
??? You will perform general filing duties including sorting and filing materials, correspondence, records, business forms or other materials according to an alpha, numeric, date, subject or color-coded system
??? Produce lists, labels, forms or other documents
??? Count documents, materials and groups into batches
??? Tabulate batch totals, review content of documents to determine correct filing
??? Check manual files for duplicate, missing or misfiled items
??? Prepare filed materials for storage, destroy documents according to guidelines, set up manual filing systems
??? Handle money and/or financial transactions
??? Answer Call Center line and emails requesting assistance in setting up pickup and deliveries of packages, specimens and other things as requested
??? Work with sites and suppliers to manage inbound purchases from pickup to delivery to site
??? Vendor on selection of right mode and service to meet KP site delivery requirements
??? Track and trace all inbound shipments
??? Work with freight auditor to identify vendors not following routing guide

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Required Qualifications:
--Microsoft office (Excel test scores are required)
--General office skills (use of phone, fax, printer)
--Customer Service experience
--Ability to work in a call center environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
4 Month Assignment (may extend)
Pay: $18.00/per hr.
Location: Livermore, CA 94550
M-F 8:00am ??? 4:30pm
