Call Center Representatives
Randstad is currently looking for Call Center professionals (multiple openings available) for an established leader in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry with locations in the UTC and Sorrento Valley areas.
Responsible for supporting the operations of call center programs, including reimbursement hotlines and patient assistance programs. The focus is to help patients gain access to therapies they need, in some cases, in order to survive. Will be required to respond to requests from customers, who may include patients, physicians, hospital staff, pharmacists, and distributors.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Ability to learn new software/databases in a short period of time
--Knowledge of Medical Terminology, preferred but not required
?? High School Diploma or GED required
?? 2+ years of Customer Service/Call Center related experience
?? Able to clear a 7 year Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
?? Open to any 8 hour shift between the hours of 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
?? Reliable transportation
