Document Control and Quality Systems Administrator

Scope of Position:

As the Document Control and Quality Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for file maintenance related to Distrobution Center processes, training, and documentation. Knowledge of electronic records and quality systems administration. Ensures proper documentation assignment and Process document change procedures are followed. Proficient in ETQ or equivalent document control system.

Responsibilities:
Day to Day Responsibilities:

?? Manages ETQ document control and change processes to ISO 9001:2015
?? Processes new and revised documentation ensuring that company documents are routed, reviewed, approved, controlled and implemented in accordance with established procedures.
?? Administration of other QMS programs such as Change Control, CAPA, etc, as needed
?? Maintain accurate records including Training program
?? Administrative support for Customer audits
?? Responsible for the uploading and maintenance of the plant documentation on Plant share drive and ETQ site
?? Support and improve document approval process and document change process
?? Monitor and communicate documentation audits, Audits appropriate related documentation (including but not limited to sustainment audits)
?? Communicates deadlines to organization regarding documentation, Change Control, and CAPA due dates.
?? Develop and communicate schedules and manage timelines for assigned tasks
?? Support other tasks that will be assigned as necessary by management

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
This is a technical roll requiring extensive use of electronic records management. Your verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity will be significant skills for success. Bachelors

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Bachelor??s degree (preferred) and experience in Quality Management System/ISO 9001 environment as well as:

?? Understanding of Distribution Environment and Plant Quality Management systems
?? Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
?? Proficiency with ETQ or equivalent document management system
?? Understanding of DARM Program and information security
?? Ability to communicate and train people
?? Rigorous and organized ?? role will have to collaborate with Department of Archives and Records Management and Global Information Security
?? Interpersonal skills
