Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources department has a need for a HR associate to support a broad range of HR administrative duties related to the support of HR Systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and be team oriented. The ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential and sensitive to confidential data.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Provide administrative support to the launch of a new HR System, specifically data entry of global HR data
Proficiency with standard office software applications
Experience with Oracle HCM strongly preferred
Responsiveness to deadlines, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team effort
Previous experience in HR data entry or HRIS role preferred
Must be available to work on-site in San Rafael, CA
