Human Resources Assistant
A prominent company in West Chester, PA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll, managing recruiting and on-boarding, and handling HR administrative tasks as needed.
-Input and process payroll including data entry of hours, verification of accuracy, and addressing any discrepancies
-Provide recruiting support for open positions including conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews
-Support on-boarding processes for all new hires, including preparing and distributing offer letters, answering benefit questions, and assisting with on-boarding paperwork
-Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Working hours: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience working in an HR role or supporting an HR department, experience processing payroll, and an upbeat personality!
-At least one year experience working in a Human Resources capacity
-Experience with payroll and familiarity with various payroll systems is a plus
-Experience with recruiting including conducting interviews and reviewing resumes
-Previous experience working with confidential information
-Proficiency with MS Office
