Marketing Manager

We seek an individual with experience in managing effective business-to-business (B2B) marketing programs in support of new-business sales and customer success programs. The Marketing Programs Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Account Development personnel to create, plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs. This is a hands-on job that requires the attitude and ability to get things done.

The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a wide variety of marketing programs to support the acquisition of new customers. In addition to strategizing, executing and measuring marketing programs, this individual will be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of all aspects of direct response campaigns. This includes creation, planning, deployment, analysis, and reporting for the specific marketing programs mix to increase sales and profitability.

The Marketing Programs Manager will be a critical contributor to a high-performing marketing team, working in a collaborative environment with a commitment to achieving "excellence through teamwork". Responsibilities:
??? Multi-channel program planning, execution and measurement
??? Association management
??? Case study pipeline management
??? Plan and execute lead generation and account based marketing (ABM) programs in support of new-business demand generation
??? Develop industry-specific content to support programs and campaigns (e.g., e-mail programs, direct mail, webinars, collaterals, advertisements, etc.)
??? Manage program targeting and list qualification
??? Establish goals and objectives for measurement and track and analyze program effectiveness, constantly driving for higher conversion and ROI
??? Evaluate, select, and manage opportunities with associations
??? Leverage the infrastructure and processes required to successfully produce and execute programs
??? Research/identify, manage, and participate at industry events/trade shows, including identification of speaking and networking opportunities
??? Research/identify, and manage opportunities with industry publications
??? Provide guidance to the Marketing Coordinator in support of social media and digital marketing campaigns, and development of the case study pipeline.
??? Work with Sales, and Account Development resources to plan and execute new-business ABM campaigns
??? Develop lists of key industry contacts and subject matter experts, and provide assistance to cultivate relationships

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Demonstrated success managing business-to-business (B2B) marketing programs. Success measured in terms of the generation of qualified new-business leads and sales revenue (3 year minimum)
--Experience in Account-Based Marketing (required)
--Experience in digital marketing (required)
--Experience in enterprise software or technology (strongly preferred)
--Demonstrated focus and commitment to measured results
--Excellent writing and verbal skills
--Excellent data analysis skills
--Must thrive on teamwork
--Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet aggressive deadlines
--Honesty and integrity in all job responsibilities
--Results-oriented approach with a "can do" attitude and a passion for the details and continuous improvement
--Ability to gain confidence and trust of the Sales Team
--Superior work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction - both internal and external
--Experience in the use of CRM applications to track status and results of marketing programs
--Experience with Adobe and Photoshop applications as well as other publishing and design tools
