Human Resources Assistant

Do you have at least 2 years experience in human resources administrative support?

Randstad is looking for an human resources administrative assistant for our client in Lawrenceville, GA.
The ideal candidate will:
Be primarily responsible for administering the process to convert contingent workers to regular employee status.
Plan, coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, and process new hire paperwork, and enter data into HRIS (Peoplesoft).
Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Prepare and audit vendor invoices, recruitment or ad-hoc reports.
Maintain supply of department forms and documents. Order department supplies
Help to ensure HR department is in compliance with all legal requirements.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Very good MS Word and Excel skills required. Experience using pivot tables, vlook up and other moderately complex formulas.
High School diploma or equivalent,plus 2 years in human resources administrative support role
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and complete multiple assignments accurately.
PeopleSoft experience and basic knowledge of Human Resources law a plus
