Call Center Representative Inbound
Randstad Denver is currently seeking experienced customer service candidates for a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity in the health insurance industry. Call center/customer service/retail/restaurant candidates strongly encouraged to apply!
Our client company is looking for people who are passionate about customer service and who can clearly articulate their experience in the field and their desire to help others. Is this you?
You will be working with a health insurance company, taking inbound calls assisting with customers. There will be sufficient training to cover the types of calls you will be receiving and how to handle the requests coming in. There may be some outbound calls required in regard to following up on requests. This is Monday-Friday opportunity with multiple shifts once the training has commenced. Training will be conducted from 8-5 Mon-Fri.
Taking primarily inbound calls to complete all customer needs and request on the call while maintaining expectation metrics.
Following policies and procedures as directed through training.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Great Communication Skills
Basic to Intermediate Computer skills
Experience in Customer Service ( Call Center a plus) 2+ years
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience in a call center environment a PLUS
Most important: Willingness to learn, to be coached, and respond to feedback
