Mid-Level Administrative Assistant

We are looking for great people that are mid-level Administrative Assistants or Office Clerical Coordinators because we work with several clients in the Palm Beach County area that are looking for people with great skills and also a willingness to learn a company's administrative processes. We have open positions from Jupiter to Boynton Beach so if you are in between jobs or currently working but looking to make a move....let us know!!
Each week we will have new clients and positions that we work on to fill with great people just like YOU!

Responsibilities:
Typing or data-entry (at least 50 wpm)
Answering multi-line phones or maybe you even work a very busy front desk switchboard
Filing, organizing files
Documenting and uploading or scanning papers to allocated files or emails
Calendar management
Greeting and directing all visitors to the company
Stocking and ordering all office supplies
Maintaining a clean and well-presented office area
Helping with events or conferences with set-up, ordering food and beverages, organizing any paper materials

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Typing or data-entry that is accurate and fast (50 wpm with good field accuracy)
PowerPoint
Excel user and maybe you understand Pivot Tables, Macros, V-Lookups (let us know if you do!)
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook or Google Suite
Ability to manager and book travel for others (let us know if you know how to book international travel)
Assisting in all business meetings with taking notes or minutes
Helping with any projects, reports or documentation that others may need

Education:
High School

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Mid-Level is above Entry-Level skill set and someone who has typically been in an administrative role for at least 3-5 years
