Human Resources Assistant - ANALYTICS

The HR Specialist-Analytics will be responsible for providing meaningful data and insight in support of HR Functions. This will include development and maintenance of dashboards and insight for both pre-determined requests and the generation of new data models. This position supports both strategic HR initiatives and daily operational processes.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain HR analytic tools, reporting and dashboards. This includes assisting in maintenance of data by ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets.
Reply to HR data requests from HR and other functions. This includes developing queries and/or gathering data from various sources.
Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights; partner with HR Business Partners to determine root cause.
Audit HR data, validate calculations and troubleshoot irregularities; support data governance process
Work across the organization to use other business data together with HR Data to provide a richer narrative
Responsible for helping resolve interface errors between core HR systems and vendors
Continually research, test and stay up to date on all system updates and fixes
Champions ideas for process improvement

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
HRIS systems, reporting and data analytics experience
SAP and VBA experience
Excellent analytical process mapping and procedural documentation skills
Excellent problem solving skills (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking)
Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience querying data, data interpretation and report generation
Understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing
Proficiency in MS Office
BS in a related field with 2+ years experience
