Seeking a Marketing Manager for a large utilities company in Charlotte, NC!
-Develop and manage strategic marketing plans that translate claims and features into benefits, while maximizing customer response rates and ROI.
-Assists or leads in managing product marketing budget Manages all creative development associated with marketing plan
-Creates dynamic customer targeting and budget channel allocation strategy
-Assists in defining A/B market and creative testing and collaborating with market insights on all consumer research
-Develops, tracks and reports campaign metrics and analytics
-Responsible for all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data
-Assists or leads campaign automation strategy for outbound marketing channels
-Develops complex marketing; works independently and receives minimal guidance
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Maintain an excellent working relationship with leadership, market research, analytics, program management, customer services, corporate communications, and other key internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on strategic marketing plan
-Lead interdepartmental or cross-business teams to develop campaigns and one-off communications; acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues, including Junior Marketing Managers
-This position will work with both external and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing messages, marketing channels, and paid and earned media opportunities
-Mmaintain a high degree of knowledge and strategic insight on current and new marketing outreach channels.
