My client in Billerica has a trucking company and is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support the office manager and her team of 6. In addition to daily administrative tasks, there will be a considerable amount to data entry; accuracy will be "key" to the success of the role and longevity with the company.
-Perform administrative functions and provide administrative support to the office manager.
-Accurately set up and maintain project folders
-Prepare all submittal and close-out documentation
-Manage all orders and reconciling client orders.
-Coordinate Project Manager(s) calendar, emails and prepare necessary documentation to ensure all items are in place for a successful project
-Manage the team's workflow and implement processes and systems to help optimize the efficiency for each project
-Manage archiving of all project-related documents upon completion
-Answer telephones and schedule appointments
-Provide administrative support as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
-Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
-JAVA: 2 years (Preferred)
-Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
-Knowledge of JAVA.
-Minimum two years administrative office experience working in a service based environment.
-Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to follow through on tasks.
-Professional verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
