Human Resources Generalist
Randstad Professional DC looking for an efficient Human Resources Generalist to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions such as keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics. This role also include marketing responsibilities such as managing social media, writing newsletters, and drafting emails. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
-Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
-Manage social media marketing, drafting newsletters and emails, and website management
-Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
-Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
-Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
-Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team??s agenda
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Proficient in Outlook
-Proficient in Microsoft office
-Experience with managing social media and websites
-Experience with the hiring process including, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
-Performing tasks such as drafting newsletters and emails for marketing purposes
-Proven 2 years of HR, marketing, or recruiting experience that is clearly stated on resume
