Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketo

Randstad has an excellent temp (possibly temp-to-hire for the right candidate) opportunity with our client company in Littleton.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with marketing and sales to develop, execute, analyze
and improve B2B demand generation programs across multiple marketing channels utilizing our
marketing automation platform, Marketo. Key responsibilities include creating digital and social
marketing campaigns, managing and leveraging content and assets for use in demand generation, and
campaign tracking and analysis.
This person will utilize their marketing automation experience to drive and execute efforts to engage
audiences by managing, analyzing, optimizing, and implementing enhancements to our digital program
to drive campaign KPIs, lead generation, and ultimately, sales.
The Digital Marketing Specialist must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of marketing and the
application of marketing automation to drive demand (awareness, engagement, conversion).

Serve as the lead administrator for marketing automation platform, Marketo
??? Oversee the integration between marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM system
(Oracle Sales Cloud) to generate, manage, distribute and track prospects and leads
??? Build and execute campaigns, programs, and emails in Marketing Automation Platform, Marketo
??? Utilize Marketo and Oracle Sales Cloud manage contacts, upload sourced lists, capture/generate
new contacts, and grow the marketable contact database, while improving segmentation and
targeting of audiences.
??? Own, maintain, and manage lead/contact record activities including lead cleanup, de-
duplication, etc.
??? Drive lead generation activities including overseeing management and reporting of various lead
??? Design, test and execute nurture and engagement campaigns, with targeted focus on various
stages of the buying cycle
??? Manage processes for high email deliverability and overall performance
??? Build engaging, responsive HTML email and landing page templates
??? Track, analyze and report on demand generation activities including campaign performance,
sales pipeline, revenue and ROI
??? Conduct marketing automation administration, maintenance and deployment of expanded
features to further marketing efforts
??? Adhere to data governance standards to perform list imports and regular data quality audits
Manage content calendar and asset library
??? Leverage content developed by Product Marketing Specialists to support communications,
demand generation and social media marketing
??? Develop and deploy social media marketing strategy
??? Work with PR firm and agency partner to curate content relevant to industry and customers
??? Work with agency partner to create social posts and deployment related to new products,
industry trends, trade shows, etc.
??? Track and report social media metrics monthly and quarterly (Hoot Suite, Twitter, LinkedIn)

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must be a fast-learner, able to understand complex environments and projects, attention to
detail and maintain an organized workflow
- Excellent planning, time management and decision making skills with the ability to self-manage
numerous projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated digital skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and experience bringing new programs and ideas to fruition
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and ability to foster / maintain
relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Analytical



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or 5+ years of experience
in cross-channel B2B marketing
??? 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) -
Marketo experience preferred
??? 3+ years??? experience in analytics reporting including the link between marketing efforts, lead
generation, and sales revenue
??? CRM experience with emphasis on managing the relationship between the CRM and marketing
automation platform
??? Proven track record of building, managing, and improving marketing automation efforts within a
??? Experience in monitoring, maintaining, and improving database health
??? Experience in building and editing email in HTML
??? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
