Medical Billing Coordinator
Are you interested in non-clinical healthcare and looking for a new opportunity? Are you extremely attentive to detail and love a fast-paced environment? A large company in Horsham has an immediate opening for a Medical Billing Coordinator! This temp to hire position paying $16 hourly.
Ensure compliance with federal laws and insurance requirements
Work with medical professionals to determine treatment and diagnoses information
Provide customer service to external sales team by obtaining documentation for products
Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations
Create reports for billing and order processing
Receive phone calls for insurance benefit questions
Provide ICD-10 diagnoses codes for payer coverage
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1+ years experience in medical billing, coding, insurance verification, etc. (ICD-10 preferred)
1+ years experience working in the medical industry
Hardworking, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
