Administrative Assistant

Are you a person with sales experience who is looking for an opportunity to work with a company who offers benefits and an opportunity for growth? A luxury Travelware distributor located in Kane County is looking for a full time Sales Administrator to support account managers. The right candidate will be personable, efficient, resourceful, have a positive attitude, a keen attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. This is a full-time temporary position with possible direct hire, full benefits after six months.

Responsibilities:
Compare data from sources and re-enter into various system portals.
Prepare sales proposals and meeting presentations as directed.
Conduct internet research gathering market trend information to support sales.
Locate and correct data to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed in portals.
Process build sheets as directed by e-Commerce team.
Provide administrative support tasks to sales team members as assigned.
Work with customers professionally in person, over the phone and through email.
Prepare and tag samples for shipping.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Front door greeter as needed.
Miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Organized and resourceful.
Ability to Multi Task.
Accuracy in Data Entry.
Ability to easily handle stress and pressure.
Reliable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Internet.
Pet Friendly (Office has a dog).

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Sales/Customer Service Background preferred.
Reliable.
Positive Attitude and ability to work well with others in team environment.
Degree preferred but not required
Proposal and presentation preparation is an important function of this role
