Randstad is working with a client in North Tampa (By Van Dyke) in need of an Administrative Assistant with previous experience with Vendors and Contracts will be required as in this role you will handled construction contracts and bids sent to you and vice versa on behalf of the comapny.. In this role you will handle a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to; copying, faxing, and data entry along with answering every call that comes in from clients or customers, handle voicemail, messages, maintenance of office supplies etc. We are seeking at least 2 years of recent experience in order to qualify. Use of Adobe Acrobat - is highly preferred as well as amazing Excel since you will be responsible for year end Annual reports for all homeowners and properties managed by this organization.
1. TELEPHONE SYSTEM: answer all phone calls on main office phone lines including needs for operator assistance, provide system administrator support for telephone system including voicemail, automated attendant and scheduling assistance of telephone programming, changes and trouble reporting.
2. GENERAL CLERICAL SUPPORT: provide all general administrative support to including ALL inbound calls from homeowners and Associations. Assisting with questions, concerns and or issues.
3. SYSTEMS NEEDED TO QUALIFY: Excel - be able to create and manage an Excel spreadsheet, Adobe Acrobat- you will use this for vendor contracts and bid edits.
Working hours: 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat.
2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of recent Administrative experience
