Call Center Customer Service
We are seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join the billing department in a Fortune 100 company! If you are looking for a position that offers growth, stability and the opportunity for a career, this position is for you!
-Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume customer response center
-Handle inbound customer calls to process payments, offer billing solutions, endorse policies, and confirm coverage for 3rd parties for personal lines insurance policies
-Handle customer's direct and in-direct need
-Build rapport and educate the customer to assist them with their insurance needs
-Responsible for product offerings and education of company products and services such as e-service, different billing options, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Skills for Success:
-Previous work experience in a call center, restaurant, retail store, etc.
-Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
-Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
-Good written communication skills
-Problem solving ability
-Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.
-Having empathy for your customers
-Building relationships with customers
