Evening Call Center Helpdesk Representative
We are looking to hire EVENING INBOUND ONLY Call Center Helpdesk Reps. at our beautiful Jupiter office. We have two open evening shifts that work 4:00 pm to midnight. This is NOT a sales position and there will be no outbound calling, no sales, no upselling of any products. Our team works with four of the largest retail stores in the US and we provide cash security services to them for use at the store level. This requires a Customer Support Call Center to field any inbound calls, concerns, troubleshooting, and questions about the use of the system from the clients that are using it. As a security company, you must be able to pass multi-state criminal background checks and a pre-employment drug screen to be considered for employment at the company. No exceptions to the rule. We work a 5-day week with 8-hour shifts and we have 2 days off per week.- We also provide PAID TRAINING to learn our whole system and how everything works. You'll train for three weeks with our Shift Leads/Trainers classroom style, job shadowing, and also observing live call resolution.
HOURS WE NEED FILLED:
4:00 PM TO MIDNIGHT ***Shifts will be assigned and stay consistent but you will need to be available a combination of weekday and at least one weekend evening shift ***
The starting pay for this position is $14.00- per hour and then will increase to $15.00/hour at 6 weeks and then $16.00 at 13 weeks. Any midnight to 10:00 am shifts will be paid a $1.00/hour more on each pay transition as a shift differential.
40 hours per week = FULL TIME
We have Major Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Paid time off and paid holidays. If you do work a holiday, you will get overtime pay
- If you have prior CALL CENTER / TECH SUPPORT INBOUND CALL CENTER experience, you would do well at our company
- Experience working with Tech Support Ticketing Systems or able to learn the ticket process to address and close work orders
- A great phone voice and you speak clearly and confidently. Our clients love lively and helpful people!!
- Fielding inbound calls and resolving them effectively and quickly
- Great Customer Service presence and very good attention to details
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
-Good troubleshooting skills once you are trained on what to look for and how to help the clients that are calling in
-Good work ethics....come to work on time, follow business professional dress codes, and be ready to hit the ground running
- Look for solutions and not for problems. We are the problem solvers so you're providing the client your help!
- Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience is a major PLUS

We prefer PRIOR CALL CENTER , CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOUND CALL EXPERIENCE, or even RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELPDESK SUPPORT
