Randstad is hiring for a Front Office Administrative Assistant wanted for a Construction company that is expanding in Clearwater, Fl area. This position will assist all departments with an reporting via excel spreadsheets, basic Quickbooks input for vendor invoicing, as well as handle all incoming traffic from warehouse workers, vendors and suppliers the minute they walk in. This position is instrumental for the success of the company as you are the first and last person anyone will see walking in and you will also be part of translation services from english to spanish as needed for all personnel onsite!! Spanish and English speaking is a required skill for this role.

We are looking for strong work tenure within the last 5 years to be considered along with strong Spanish speaking skills and great Excel - at least Spreadsheet creation and filtering.****

Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, overseeing appointment setting and schedules, organizing company events, data entry and a variety of front office reception tasks. Additional tasks include:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents. Coordinate project deliverables.
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
Provide administrative support for operations team.
Monitor the production staff.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Great outgoing personality and ability to work with a close team is very important to this client.

Bachelors

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Spanish and Speaking abilities** required.
Associate degree required (Bachelor???s degree preferred)
3+ years??? experience working in an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Customer-service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
