Purchase Order Administrative Assistant
Liaison between our retailers and the distribution channel, ensuring a seamless process for all involved in the cycle, from purchasing and shipping to maintaining inventory levels and meeting sales goals.
-Responsible for managing 10+ brands shipping to retail doors in the US and Canada, including SiJCP, leveraging SAP to capture and release orders to our distribution channel
-Create and maintain trusted relationships with our retailer contacts, working collaboratively on implementing strategic initiatives to drive account improvements and efficiencies
-Utilize our Warehouse Management System and third party shipping vendors to track all orders, ensuring timely receipt of goods to distribution centers
-Work closely with our planners, event management team, and buyers to maintain inventory, manage sales goals and meet product timelines across all brands, with specific regards to launch events
-Create weekly reports employing SAP, Excel and BI Reporting, providing retailers with a summary of our customer service level, fill rate and order fall off
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-MS Office, Word & Excel & Outlook
-SAP or another ERP
-Strong in excel, outlook, volume of emails, organize their emails, SAP, order entry, order to cash
