Human Resources Generalist
Our client is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist for their Center CIty Philadelphia firm.
The Human Resources Generalist is a highly visible role in our organization and the person in
this role will be one of the engines behind our HR operation. This position works closely with
the HR Director to provide the organization with the entire spectrum of HR functions.
We're looking for a collaborative and adaptable HR or business professional with strong time
management and organizational skills, who can take HR projects from concept to completion,
while also autonomously keeping up with day-to-day tasks.

??? Other duties and special projects requested by HR Director and Sr Management
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated with
ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to exercise discretion, appropriate judgment, and confidentiality as this role
is exposed to a large amount of personnel information
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze
- Must possess excellent computer software skills including MS Office
- Experience with ADP a plus
??? Bachelor's Degree ??? preferred major in Human Resources or Business Administration, or
the equivalent experience
??? Minimum of 1-2 years general experience in human resources, office administration,
customer service, benefits administration, or related field
??? PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
