Call Center Representative Inbound
The Customer Service Representative (Health Concierge) is directly responsible for helping meet and exceed client expectations by supporting our clients and their employees with our best-in-class HR software and services.
Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes
Process enrollment related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution
Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed
Assist with company projects and administrative tasks
Other projects assigned as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational.
Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve
Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
Schedule flexibility is required
Must be able to display a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 + years of call center customer service experience is required
