Financial Processors

Are you flexible and thrive in fast paced work environments? Our customer is growing and a Financial Processing position has just become available.

Training is 3 weeks, 8:30am-5pm M-F, 100% attendance required. Upon completion of training you will work a compressed schedule.

Responsibilities:
Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal
and external regulations.
Partners with Associates in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.
Develops a working knowledge of company's processing systems, group policies and procedures.
Communicates with company clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or
invalid paperwork.
Understands and complies with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and company's internal
policies regarding client contact.
Maintains department standards for quality, efficiency, and adherence.
Works collaboratively with peers and management in a strong team environment.
Meets with Manager to discuss performance, business trends and issues impacting the Processing team.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

After training, may move to a compressed schedule, which may include working every other Saturday.  


Skills:
Undergraduate degree or related experience
Business related education and/or experience
Strong client focus and ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients.
Comfortable working in high volume situations with time constraints.
Strong problem resolution and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Typical work week is 37.50 hours, however, during peak tax season (September to April) the work week is 40 hours and may move to a compressed schedule, which may include working every other Saturday.
100% attendance is required during 6 week training period
Schedule during training - 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday
Upon completion of training you will work a compressed schedule.

Corporate environment requires business appropriate casual dress Monday - Friday
