Our client who is one of the leader in technology solutions is looking for an HR Assistant. This position is a long term temporary positions that will go through the end of the year, with the potential to go permanent. The Human Resource Assistant will be providing support to the HR Team.
?? Develop required knowledge of the affected businesses to fully understand the organizational impact across all functions, and assess impact on the affected organizations and their respective workforce.
?? Provide direct support to HR Manager
?? Manage on-boarding/hiring aspects
?? Reviews Employee Benefits
?? Organize and run new hire orientation with the support of our HR team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-- Communication and Analytical skills
-- Ability to present solutions to issues in a concise manner to varying levels of leadership
-- Ability to operate independently, yet collaborate as an effective team member
-- Computer skills: exposure to a networked environment using a Windows and/or Windows like interface
-- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
-- Has knowledge of Employee Benefits and FMLA
?? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field of study.
?? Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Employee Benefits (including FMLA)
?? Fully computer literate including Excel & PowerPoint at Intermediate level.
?? High degree of problem solving abilities.
?? Clear, concise and persuasive written and oral presentation skills.
