Administrative Assistant Entry level

They are looking for someone who is seeking job longevity, driven, and eager to learn. My client is looking to interview and hire a candidate start ASAP.
Writing memos, emails, composing letters, and scheduling.
Oversee office supplies, space planning and executing moves.
Assist with processes and systems to guarantee seamless candidate and employee experiences (including new hire on-boarding and set-up)
Maintain building operations including vendor management, facilities services, maintenance, furniture, and health and safety
Be warm and welcoming to everyone who enters the office.
Take pride in keeping a clean and delightful work space including conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Assist the purchaser, supporting the CEO and President when needed, and provide general administrative support to all colleagues.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
1-2 years Office or Administrative Assistant experience
Bright, eager and driven - individually and in conjunction with the team
Strong writing skills
Strong communication skills
High level of integrity and honesty
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
