Social Media Marketing Representative
Randstad USA is currently assisting our client in the searching for a Social Media Marketing Representative.
The candidate will work with our marketing agencies and sales teams to accomplish marketing and sales goals. This role is a multi-faceted role ideal for a self-starter, assisting with administrative and creative support to the sales department in the design and production of promotional pieces as well as event coordination and other tasks as needed.
The ideal applicant will possess knowledge of the digital media landscape and will be responsible for contributing to website redesign projects, monitoring and posting on blogs and social networks, engaging in online forums, participating in online outreach and promotion, etc. He / she will be responsible for executing social media strategies that provide content, information, engagement and assistance to our online communities as an extension of our healthcare services.
Support in creating and managing all published content (images and video) across all content platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube).
Create engaging blog and social media content
Assist with creating online brand consistency help build relationships with our patients.
Providing information on services offered.
Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects
Provide support to our sales teams live and online events.
Responsible for coordination of inventory, creation and development of all collateral digital and print.
Responsible for coordination of inventory, creation and development of all promotional giveaways.
Update CRM and lead management system assigns web leads daily to our internal sales teams.
Daily social media interaction with customers, patients and all those that interact on our digital platforms.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Exceptional communication skills which includes exceptional writing and grammatical skills
Experience composing engaging content for social media platforms, as well as the ability to develop strategic plans and training materials
Critical thinking skills to identify important trends and independently exercise sound judgment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and to develop and lead strategic ideas
Exceptional skills in technology, and the ability to keep up with emerging technologies, learn quickly, and teach others how to use them
Superior ability to prioritize work demands amid time and resource constraints and conflicting priorities, and to respond with a sense of urgency
Exceptional ability to work effectively with others both within a team and other business areas to positively influence, gain support for and keep groups updated on status, risks and key challenges of social media projects and efforts
Bachelor degree in public relations, mass communications, marketing, new media, journalism, or equivalent experience in any of these areas.
Required 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
Effective written and verbal communication skills. (English/Spanish Preferred)
At least two (2) years of in-depth, hands-on experience across multiple social media platforms. Practical knowledge of different social media platforms, in terms of their functionality and their unique culture and etiquette; e.g, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and blogs
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
