Human Resources Generalist
Randstad USA is currently assisting our client in the searching for Human Resources Generalist.
This is an ideal opportunity for a more entrepreneurial environment that has previous experience working in a healthcare setting as a HR manager.
??? Recruit and maintain orientation process to meet compliance.
??? Maintain employee files in an organized manner.Be well versed in recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, employment law, HRIS systems, compliance and workers compensation/safety.
??? Oversee benefit administration and other employee relations in cooperation with the Chief Administrative Officer, assist with staffing, process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
??? In partnership with Senior Leadership: develops sales strategy, sales recruitment and training.
??? Ensures that all new or existing staff complete applications required for participation with payers and tracks progress on these applications and approvals to be completed.
??? Coordinates assistance to clinical staff in completing needed credentialing information.
??? Reviews credentialing applications for completeness and accuracy and works with providers to ensure required information is available to complete processes.
??? Conducts preliminary credentials verification within 72 hours of receipt of required documentation
??? Tracks provider licenses to ensure any issues are discovered and evaluated, and re-credentials each provider every two years.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Proven record of success in an entrepreneurial growth environment; capable of providing leadership to at least 100 employees across multiple work sites.
- Must be detail-oriented and proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations in front of large audiences.
- Ability to work within stressful situations while maintaining a professional, non- judgmental demeanor.
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed/motivated
- Ability to work independently and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and organizations.
??? Bachelors degree or higher
??? At least four (4) years as a Human Resources Generalist
??? At least four (4) years of successful experience in a leading corporate environment, preferably for a leading Health System
