The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support within a small, quiet, office environment. Knowledge in construction/reality is a plus!
--Providing general office/department support
--General filing and computer work
--Scheduling and maintaining appointments
--Assisting with presentations/projects
--Types letters, correspondences, submittals, and RFIs
--Assist Estimators (download documents, print drawings, follow up on revisions)
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
--Deadline driven and ability to work within a team atmosphere
--Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
--Experience as administrative assistant/office manager preferred
--Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
--Construction or similar experience a plus!
